1. What is the “Daily Challenge” promotion?

Daily Challenge is a subscription-based portal that offers to subscribers of Airtel an interactive, fun-to-the-max, game experience, full of rewards and surprises.

2. Who is the “Daily Challenge” service for?

“Daily Challenge” is available to all mobile customers of Airtel.

3. How much does the subscription cost?

The cost of the service upon the subscription is N100/day. This includes:

- A pack of 5 trivia questions per day,

- Access to the challenges (i.e. Single Question Brain Teaser, Skill Challenges, Quick Fire, Streak, Standard Quiz)

Depending on your experience level you might get access to a different number of games.

4. How can I participate in the “Daily Challenge” service?

Subscribers of Airtel will be prompted to register to the portal by:

- Sending the keyword “OK” to 53370 and confirm by SMS (via double opt-in) or simply dial *53370*1#

- Pressing the “Sign up” button on the portal and follow the instructions.

5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

6. How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by sending an SMS with the word “STOP” to 53370 (at no cost). Upon sending the respective keyword to the shortcode you will be unsubscribed. After the successful unsubscription, you will receive an SMS confirming the cancellation of the service.

7. Will I have access to the portal after I have canceled my subscription?

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the portal until the end of the service.

8. I forgot my password for the portal. What should I do?

You can easily retrieve your credentials by sending an SMS with the word “PASSWORD” to 53370 (at no cost) and your credentials will be sent to you.

9. How can I play in the portal?

• Upon subscription to the service and every successful charge, you will receive an SMS with the link to the portal along with your credentials. Tap on the link and you can start playing.
• Each participant can play one game per day.
• Players are ranked via the portal in real time based on the accumulated gems.
• The gems are assigned to the players once the day's challenge is over. The number of gems awarded depends on the number of daily users who play this challenge.
• The winner of the week is the one who has accumulated the most gems throughout the week from Monday to Sunday at midnight.

10. What sort of prizes can I win by playing on the portal?

All the points you collect are added to the race for the below prizes:

• Monthly : N400,000 x 12 (1 prize every month)
• Daily : N30,000 x 360 (1 prize every day)
• Final Prize : N4,000,000 x 2 (1 prize every 6th Month)
